Phillips Kiln Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. is based in New Panvel, specifically at C 202 in Sai Arcade, Sector 15. Panvel is a fast-growing area, and Sai Arcade is a pretty well-known building around here. Our office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We focus on kiln services, which is specialized work that requires a lot of attention to detail. Most of our time is spent coordinating with technicians or dealing with clients who need repairs or maintenance done. The office has that busy feel of a place where things are actually happening. We have files stacked up and maps on the wall to track where our teams are. New Panvel is a convenient spot because it’s a hub for travel, making it easier for us to get to different sites. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished corporation. We’re more about the tools, the grease, and the hard work that goes into servicing kilns. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see us drinking coffee and looking over technical drawings or schedules. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been in Sector 15 for a while and have a good routine going. It’s just a group of people working hard to make sure the jobs get finished properly for the clients. No more, no less. There is always a lot to organize, but we keep at it.
