Phenol Fibre Enterprises

We’re located in the Ankur Mahatma Phule society over in Kurla East. It’s a bit of a mix of homes and small businesses around here in Shiv Shrusti. We deal with phenol fibre and similar materials, cutting them down to size or shaping them for whatever the customer needs. It’s not the kind of work everyone knows about, but for those in the trade, it’s necessary. The shop is small and usually smells a bit like the materials we work with. We’ve been here in Kurla for a while, and we know the neighborhood well. It’s busy and can be quite loud with the traffic nearby. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to finish the orders on time and make sure the pieces are cut to the right specs. Sometimes the material is tough to work with, but we have the right saws and tools for it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just operate out of this unit and take care of the people who come to us. It’s a simple way to run a business. We show up, do the cutting, and go home. Dealing with these industrial fibres takes some patience, but we’ve got plenty of that after all these years working in Mumbai. It is just basic work for local people.
