Pharmax is located in the Kurla Industrial Estate over in Ghatkopar West. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know it’s a lot of small units and workshops all squeezed together. We are at number 9. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly pretty. There’s a lot of noise from the nearby units and the sound of trucks moving in and out. Our space is functional. We have what we need to handle the pharmaceutical side of things, but it’s mostly just a place for work. There aren't any fancy decorations or comfortable lounges. It’s a lot of metal shelves, packing boxes, and desks that have seen better days. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’re used to the grit and the heat of the estate. The people working here are mostly locals who know the area well. We don't spend time on marketing ourselves; the work usually speaks for itself through the people we deal with. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the roads in the estate a mess, but we just keep going. That’s just how it is in Ghatkopar. We’re a small part of a big industrial machine, just trying to keep our own corner running smoothly every day. We don't ask for much, just a productive day without too many hiccups in the production line.
