Pharma Utility

We are based out of the Ujala Co-operative Housing society in Sector 1. It’s a bit of a different setup for a business like Pharma Utility, but it works for us. Being in Hyroli means we are tucked away from the main commercial noise, which is nice most of the time. The office is basically a converted space within the residential block. It’s quiet and we mostly deal with utility supplies for the medical sector. We don't have walk-in customers every minute, which lets us focus on the logistics and the inventory. Some days we are just moving crates around or sitting at the desks going through lists. The neighbors in the housing society are used to us by now. We try to keep things low-key and not cause too much of a stir when the delivery vans arrive. The Sector 1 area is quite spread out, and finding the right gate at Ujala can be tricky for newcomers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or emailing back and forth. It’s a small operation. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a few people making sure the supplies reach the clinics and hospitals that need them. It’s a practical way to run things without the high rent of a main road shop. We like the pace here. It’s steady and keeps us busy without being overwhelming. It is a good spot for what we do.
