Pgt is just a small operation here in Mumbai. We don't have a fancy storefront or a massive sign anywhere. Most of the time, we’re just tucked away doing our bit in the city. Mumbai is a huge place, as everyone knows, and it’s easy to get lost in the noise, but we’ve managed to keep things going for a bit now. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who know what they’re doing. Our days are filled with the usual city hustle. Sometimes it feels like we’re always playing catch-up with the traffic or the rains, but that’s just life here. We don’t spend money on big ads or glossy brochures because we don’t really need them. People who need to find us usually do. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We handle whatever comes across the desk, whether it’s a big project or something small that needs fixing. We keep our overheads low. That way, we don't have to stress too much about the small stuff. It’s a local way of doing business—keeping it simple and honest. We aren't looking to expand into some giant firm. We like the size we are. It lets us actually talk to people instead of just sending automated emails all day. We try to be fair and just get through the work without any drama or unnecessary complications.
