Our office is in the Narayani building, right by the Ambabai Temple here on Aarey Road in Goregaon West. It’s a busy spot, and you can usually hear the bells from the temple while we’re sitting at our desks planning the day’s routes. We’ve been doing this for a long time now, so we know the local bugs pretty well. Mostly it's cockroaches and ants people call us about, but sometimes it’s worse. We aren't some big fancy corporation with a call center. It’s just us, some local guys who know how to use the equipment and don't mind getting our hands a bit dirty. The building itself is an older one, but it works for what we need. We keep our gear in the back and try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we have a lot of jobs lined up at once. Dealing with pests in a place like Mumbai is a constant battle because of the heat and the rain. We just show up, do the work, and hope it stays clear for a while. There’s no magic to it, just being thorough and knowing where the nests usually hide in these types of apartments. If you walk past the temple compound, you’ll see our small sign. We’re usually in and out all day, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and taking calls from neighbors who are dealing with a sudden termite problem or something like that.
