We are Permanent Magnets Ltd., and we’re situated at B-2 and B-3 in the MIDC Industrial Area on Mira Road East. Finding us is pretty easy if you look for Amar Palace Hotel or Patel Plaza; we are right behind there. It’s a busy part of town, and the industrial area stays active around the clock. Our facility is basically two large blocks joined together where we handle everything related to magnets. It’s a specialized kind of work, and the floors are usually covered in metal shavings and heavy equipment. We don’t really bother with making the office look nice for visitors because we don't get many—mostly just suppliers and logistics guys. The noise from the nearby shops and the traffic on Mira Road is constant, but we’ve stopped noticing it. We’ve been here for years, and the building shows its age a bit. There’s some peeling paint and the gate squeaks, but it works for what we need. We focus on the production side of things rather than talking ourselves up. It’s a straightforward operation. We have our shifts, we meet our daily targets, and we try to get things out the door on time. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here, just people doing their jobs. We like the location because it's convenient for shipping, even if the road gets blocked up during peak hours. That is just how life goes in Mira Road, really.
