Pergo India Pvt Ltd has its office at Worli West, over at Nagar Mithani 55. It’s a busy spot in Mumbai, and we’ve been operating from here for a good amount of time. We aren't a big, flashy corporate office with hundreds of people. It’s actually quite a small team of us working here. We spend our days managing orders for flooring and talking to people who want to fix up their homes or offices. The space is mostly filled with samples of laminate and wood flooring. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but it’s a working office, not a museum. Worli can be a tough place to get around because of the traffic, but we like being central. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just try to get the flooring to the customers on time and make sure the installers know what they are doing. Sometimes the deliveries get delayed because of the rain or a truck breakdown, and we just have to deal with it. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when there’s a big project going on. It’s just a regular job for us. We know the product well because we’ve been around it for years. If you need to see a sample, you just come by and we’ll pull one out from the back.
