You can find Pepstic at 17, Dhanalaxmi Industrial Estate on Navghar Road. Vasai East is pretty industrial, as the name suggests, so there’s always a lot of noise from trucks and other units nearby. Our unit isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but the fans keep the air moving a bit. We started here because the location made sense for getting materials in and out. The estate itself is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We know most of our neighbors, the guys who run the workshops next door. We often borrow tools or help each other out when something breaks. It’s a gritty kind of environment, not a clean office space. There’s grease on the floors and the smell of raw materials in the air. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. We’ve had the same machines for a long time, and we know their quirks. If something sounds off, we usually know exactly which bolt needs tightening. It’s a practical way to live. We get to the estate early to beat the worst of the traffic and stay until the work is finished.
