Peoplesquare Human Resource Consulting is situated in Goregaon East. We are located at Flat 202 on the second floor of the B Wing in Oberoi Exquisite. This is right in the Oberoi Garden City area, which is a pretty well-known spot in Mumbai. Even though the surroundings are quite nice, inside the office it’s just the usual grind of human resources work. We have desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. Our main job is just to look through piles of applications and see who fits where. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind it because it's important for the people involved. Sometimes it feels like we are just a small part of this massive city, but we do our bit. Being in Oberoi Garden City means we have some good places to walk around during our lunch break, which is a nice change from staring at a screen all day. We handle everything from initial phone calls to checking backgrounds and organizing interviews. It’s just us doing our best to keep things moving. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff; we just try to be useful to the people and companies that come to us for help. It’s honest work, and we just take things one day at a time here in Goregaon.
