Pentagon Tapes Pvt. Ltd. is located in A-307 of the Durian Industrial Estate on G.M. Link Road in Goregaon East. It’s a massive estate, and sometimes people get lost trying to find our block, especially with all the delivery vans parked in the lanes. Our space is basically a warehouse and a small office area combined. It smells like adhesive and cardboard most of the time, which you get used to after about five minutes. We spend a lot of our hours cutting rolls, packing boxes, and checking orders. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We’re just a bunch of folks who know a lot about different kinds of tapes and how they stick to things. The office chairs are a bit squeaky, and the computer system is a little slow on rainy days, but we make it work. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. Most of our business comes from the same people we’ve been dealing with for years. We appreciate that loyalty, so we try to just stay consistent. On Saturdays, we usually wrap things up a bit early if the workload allows, but usually, there’s always one more box to label or a delivery to coordinate with the driver. It’s a busy, sticky business, but it’s what we do. Goregaon is a loud, active place to be, and we fit right into the noise of the industrial estate without any complaints.
