You can find Pentagon Prints & Pack over at Jamnadas Industrial Estate in Mulund West. We are in Phase III, at unit number 41. It’s right on Dr R P Road, directly across from where the Jawahar Cinema is. If you’ve been to the cinema, you’ve probably walked right past our gate. The estate is a bit old, but it works for us. We do a lot of printing and packaging work here. The machines can be quite noisy, so we usually have to talk a bit louder when they are running. It’s a bit of a messy place with stacks of cardboard and paper everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a polished lobby. You just walk in and find one of us working. We started this because we had some experience with machines and wanted to run our own place. Most of our customers are other businesses who need boxes or labels. We don't really do any advertising; we just rely on people knowing we are here. Sometimes the monsoon makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still show up and get the orders out. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop. We take pride in just getting the job done without any extra drama. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon. It’s just how we run things.
