Peninsula Land

Our office for Peninsula Land is located at 5/172 Kalpataru Estate. It’s in Poonam Nagar, which is over in Andheri East, Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Andheri can get. We’re right in the middle of all that action. The estate is where we spend most of our hours, dealing with land and property matters. It’s a busy environment, and there’s always something happening. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a lobby full of statues. We just have a regular office where we do our paperwork and take calls. The commute to Poonam Nagar can be a bit of a struggle with the Mumbai traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been at this address for a while, and it serves us well for what we do. It’s just a group of us working on real estate stuff. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations; we mostly just talk to people and look at maps and documents. The building is okay, nothing too modern, but it gets the job done. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by, even if it is a bit noisy. It’s just a typical Mumbai workplace. We show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. There isn't much more to it than that. We’re just local people managing land projects from our spot in Andheri.
