You can find Peninsula Land Ltd. over in Kalyan East. We are in the Devgiri Apts, specifically Flat 709 in the B-4/4 building. It’s in Atmaram Nagar, right in the Lokgram area. We aren't in a commercial tower or anything like that. It’s more of a residential feel here, which is nice. Pin 421 306 is where we get our letters sent. Working from an apartment means things stay pretty grounded. We have our files and our computer, and that's about it. Kalyan is a busy place, always growing, but our little corner in Devgiri stays relatively calm. We started here because it was convenient and we just stayed. We handle the land business from this flat. Sometimes neighbors drop by for a chat, which is part of being in Lokgram. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We don't use much jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. If you’re coming by, just ask for the B-4/4 wing. It’s easy to find once you’re in Atmaram Nagar. We keep the place tidy and just keep working through the pile of things to do. No big banners or anything, just a name on the door and us inside working. It is a very normal way to handle a business. We like the neighborhood and the people around us. Most days are just about finishing the paperwork and answering the phone.
