We've been around Asalpha Village for a while now. If you head down Bhimnagar N.S.S Road, you’ll find us right near the Shankar Temple in Ghatkopar West. It’s a busy spot, and Mum-84 is always moving. Peninsula Land Ltd. is just us working from this corner of the city. We don't really do the big flashy office thing. It’s mostly about getting through the daily tasks here. The area has changed quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here at this same address. Sometimes the traffic on N.S.S Road gets a bit much, especially around the temple times, but that's just how life is in Ghatkopar. We handle our paperwork and meetings right here. Nothing fancy, just a desk and some chairs. If you’re looking for us, look for the temple first; it’s easier to find than our small door sometimes. We’ve known the neighbors for years and they know us. It feels like a real community around here. We just try to keep things simple and stay on top of what needs doing. Most days it’s just the sound of the street and us working away. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just show up every morning and get to work. It's a practical setup. We like being part of the local vibe in Ghatkopar West and just doing our thing every day.
