Peninsula Land Ltd has its base over in Dombivili West. Specifically, we are at A-301 in Gajanan Tower. If you know the area near Mhatre Wadi, you will know exactly where we are. It is a local spot and we have been part of this community for some time. Being in Dombivili means we deal with the local pace of life here. Our office is on the third floor and it is a simple setup. We don't really go for anything over the top. It’s just a place to sit, work, and meet people when necessary. Mhatre Wadi is a good landmark for us because everyone around here uses it to give directions. Gajanan Tower is a sturdy building and we have quite a few neighbors who have been here as long as we have. The daily grind here involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of various things on our desks. Sometimes we go down to the local shops for tea during our breaks. It is a very normal way of working. We find that being in a residential and commercial mix like this keeps us grounded. You won't find any corporate jargon or fancy lobbies here. Just a door with our name on it and a team that knows the neighborhood well. We like the familiarity of Dombivili West and how easy it is to recognize the faces walking by the building every single morning.
