Peninsula Land Limited

Our office is actually located inside a housing society. We are at Flat No 15 in Siddharth C.H.S., which is on Plot No 60 in Sector 14 of Vashi, Navi Mumbai. It’s a bit of a different setup for Peninsula Land Limited, being in a residential building like this. R K Deshpande is the name on the records here. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which is fine by us. We’ve got our desks set up in the rooms, and we handle all our business right from there. Vashi is a busy part of Navi Mumbai, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We don’t have a big sign on the street or anything, just our spot in the Siddharth society. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or anything polished. We’re just here to do the work that needs doing. People in the building know us, and it’s a pretty quiet place to get things done compared to the main roads. We focus on our land projects and keep the paperwork moving. It’s a very local, practical way to run things. We’ve been in this flat for a while now, and it’s become our second home.
