Peninsula Land Limited

We’re set up out in Dahivali, which is near Neral in the Karjat area. Our address is basically just the post office at Dahivali, within the Raigad district. Peninsula Land Limited is the name, but around here, we’re just the people working on the local site. It’s a bit of a different vibe than the city because it’s much quieter out here in the 410 101 zip code. We spend a lot of time walking around the land and checking on things. It isn't a fancy glass-and-steel office; it’s more of a practical base for our operations in the Taluka. We have to deal with the weather, especially during the monsoon when Raigad gets really wet. Getting to the site takes a bit of time from the main road, but it’s a good place to work if you don’t mind the travel. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just manage the property and make sure things are moving along as they should. The local guys know us, and we’ve been part of the Dahivali landscape for a bit now. It’s simple work, really. We look at the land, do the surveys, and handle the paperwork from our small office. It’s a long way from Mumbai, and we like the change of pace. We’re just a small team trying to keep the projects on track without any extra drama or fancy corporate talk.
