Our place is in the Bhandup Industrial Estate, specifically inside the Pannalal Compound on LBS Marg. It’s a huge area with lots of different businesses around. We’re in units 3/14-15. It gets quite loud during the day with all the trucks and machinery moving around the compound. LBS Marg is always packed with traffic, so getting here in the morning takes some patience. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We deal with analytical equipment, so there’s a lot of technical stuff lying around. We’ve got benches set up for testing and a small area for the administrative work. It’s not the cleanest environment outside, but we keep our units tidy for the precision work we do. There’s a lot of metal and glass everywhere. The staff here has been together for a while, and we know how the compound works, where to get the best snacks, and how to avoid the worst traffic times. It’s an industrial life. We aren't trying to look like a high-tech startup. We’re just an established firm doing our job in a busy part of Bhandup. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is a bit of a headache, but we have backups. It’s just how things are here. We spend our days troubleshooting and making sure the analytics are spot on for the clients who rely on us. It's hard work, but we've got a good routine down now.
