Our place is in Sainath Wadi, right in Sector 1 of Airoli, Navi Mumbai. It’s a busy spot near the station and the highway, which makes it easy for our staff to get around. We handle turnkey projects, so we are often looking at things from start to finish. Our office is a bit of a hub where we coordinate everything. It’s usually filled with drawings, notes, and a lot of phone calls going back and forth. Navi Mumbai has grown so much lately, and we’ve been right here in Airoli watching it happen. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where people are actually getting things done. We have a small group of regulars who know the ins and outs of the project world. Sometimes the days get long when we are trying to close out a site, but that’s just part of the job. We prefer talking to people directly rather than sending a bunch of formal emails. It feels more personal that way. Being in Sainath Wadi means we are close to the local markets and shops, so there’s always something going on outside. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do good work and stay busy. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a supply delivery or a site timeline. It’s just how we operate day to day, and we're okay with the occasional clutter.
