Hitesh Enterprise

Lohar Chawl is where Hitesh Enterprise is. We are at number 147 in the Tawawala Building. It's on the first floor, specifically 17/ C. You have to walk through Prince Street and look for Pathak Wadi. It is a very crowded part of town. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep and narrow. We have been in this building for quite some time. The walls are painted a dull cream color and there are boxes everywhere. It's not a place for a fancy meeting, just a workspace. Most of the time we are busy with orders and talking on the phone. The fans overhead make a clicking sound that you eventually stop noticing. Outside on the street, it’s a constant hum of people and carts moving goods. Lohar Chawl is famous for that. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just wait it out. It gets hot in the afternoons during the summer months. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. It is a simple setup but it gets the job done for us. We know our neighbors and they know us. That’s how things go around here on Prince Street.
