Our office is located up on the fifth floor in flat 503. We are right across from the Dsouza Compound on Nari Seva Sadan Road. If you know Ghatkopar West, you probably know the building. It is quite a climb if the lift stops working, which does happen once in a while. Asapha Village is always a busy place with plenty of things happening right outside our windows. Being in Mumbai, life moves very fast, but inside our office, we try to keep things at a steady pace. We handle Nidhi-related matters for the local crowd. It is mostly people from the immediate neighborhood who come to see us. We have a small team working here. Some of us have been around since the day we opened. The office gets a bit cramped when several people visit at the same time, but we make it work. You can hear the city traffic all day long, but we have grown used to the noise. Dealing with money stuff requires a lot of focus, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. We do not spend money on advertising. Most people hear about us from their friends or family. Someone tells a neighbor, and then they show up to ask questions. It feels more personal that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. The paperwork is constant, but we stay on top of it.
