You can find us over in Ghatkopar, specifically in Building Number 2 at the Hiranandani Link Road area. We are in Wing A, rooms 303 and 304. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to delivery drivers sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough that most of them know where we are. At Funfirst Funtronic, we mostly deal with things that are supposed to be fun or electronic, hence the name I guess. Our space is usually cluttered with parts, boxes, and a few prototypes that we’re tinkering with. It’s not the most organized office in the world, but we know where everything is. Veer Savarkar Marg is a busy stretch, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We started out small and just kept going, adding a bit more space as we needed it. Most of the staff here lives nearby, so we have a good mix of people who know the neighborhood well. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with long lunches or big presentations. We just sit at our benches or desks and try to figure out how to make things work better. Sometimes things break and we have to start over, but that’s just how it goes with electronics. It’s a lot of trial and error and drinking tea while we wait for things to boot up or dry. We just enjoy the process of building things as a small team.
