Parke Devis India Ltd is located in Nirlon House, which is at 254-B on Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli. This is a very central part of Mumbai, and the building itself is quite famous in its own way. We’ve been here for many years, and the office still has some of that old-school charm. There are high ceilings and big windows, though we mostly keep the blinds closed against the afternoon sun. Our work is in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on the administrative and corporate side of the business. Most of the day is spent handling emails, talking to representatives, and making sure all the records for the different medicine brands are up to date. It is a busy office, but it doesn't feel like those modern, high-pressure places. We take things at a steady pace. There is always a lot of traffic on Dr. Annie Besant Road, so the sound of the city is always there in the background. We don't have any fancy posters about our mission or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to stay organized. Many of us have worked in this building for our whole careers, so we know the security guards and the lift operators by name. It’s a very established way of working, and we aren't looking to change it anytime soon.
