Malco Car Parking Services

Malco Car Parking Services is over in Parel at Shivalal 2/10. We are tucked away near the Shetye Market and the Bhoiwada Building. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai so you can imagine how much people need parking around here. We handle the cars and make sure everything stays in order. The area is always crowded with people going to the market. We have to be quick and alert because the streets are narrow and there’s always something happening. It’s not a glamorous job but it’s necessary for the local shopkeepers and visitors. We spend most of our shift standing and moving vehicles around. The Bhoiwada neighborhood has a lot of history and we feel like we are a small part of its daily life now. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when too many cars show up at once. We just do our best to manage the space we have. It’s a tight squeeze in some spots. We know the regular drivers who come through every day. They know us too. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a small spot to keep our logs and keys. The rain makes things difficult in the monsoon but we keep going. It’s just part of the routine in Parel. We keep things simple and try to keep the traffic moving.
