We are located over in Andheri West, specifically at Baji Wadi on Sutar Pakadi Road. Being so close to the Air Cargo Complex means there is always a truck idling nearby or a plane overhead. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right in with the general rush of things. Our office at number 13 isn’t anything fancy. It’s basically just a room filled with crates and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly coordinating shipments and making sure papers are signed. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. Sometimes the noise from the cargo area makes it hard to hear, so we end up shouting a bit. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that because most of what we do involves moving things from one place to another. The staff here consists of just a few of us who have been together for years. We know where every file is, even if the piles look messy to someone else. Lunch is usually something we grab from the stall down the road, and we eat it right at our desks while checking the schedules. It’s a practical way to run things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big logos or glass walls. We just want to make sure the boxes get where they need to go without too much trouble.
