Parakh Rubber House

Our shop is actually part of a house, Rebellow Cottage, over on Gaondevi Road in Kandivali East. It’s 26-B. It has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it, being in a cottage rather than a big industrial park. You can usually smell the rubber before you even walk in. We have all sorts of rubber parts piled up—bushes, gaskets, hoses, and things people need for their cars or machinery. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the stock we keep on the shelves. We’ve been here in Poinsur for a long time, and a lot of local mechanics and factory owners know to just stop by when they need a specific rubber bit. We don't have a fancy website or any glossy brochures. Most of our business is just people walking in or calling to see if we have something in a particular size. If we don't have it in stock, we usually know where to get it or how to have it made. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We handle the orders, do the packing ourselves, and make sure the customers get what they need to fix their equipment. It’s a simple business, really. We just like being part of the Kandivali community and helping people keep their machines running with the right parts. We don't overcomplicate things and just focus on giving people what they came for.
