Papercraft

Papercraft is located at number 5 in the Gandhi Industrial Estate on A K Road. Most people know the area as Safed Pool. It’s an area that’s always busy with trucks and workers. Our shop is just a regular industrial unit. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Inside, it smells like paper and glue, which is what we work with all day. We started this business because we liked making things and realized there was a steady need for paper products in the city. We don't have a sales team going out to find clients. People usually find us because someone told them we do a decent job. It’s just a few of us here. We handle the machines ourselves and do the packing too. Some days the heat in the estate is quite bad, so we keep the fans running full speed. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just make the items, pack them in boxes, and wait for the delivery guy. It’s a simple cycle. Sometimes we make mistakes, and then we have to fix them, but that’s just part of being human. We like the local vibe of Safed Pool. There’s always a place to get a good vada pav nearby when we take a break. Our neighbor in unit 4 is a nice guy who lends us tools when ours break down. It’s a good spot.
