Unique Metabuilds & Projects is based in Bhal Chandra Chs, B 303, Sector 4, Plot No. 19 in Kalamboli. We aren't in a big glass office building in the center of town. Our workplace is a regular residential-commercial society setup that stays pretty quiet. We do work related to building and various construction projects. It involves a lot of planning and looking at technical drawings all day. Kalamboli is a hub for steel and construction, so it’s really the right place for us to be located. We spend a lot of time out on various sites, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. We are a small team of people who know how to get things built properly. We don't have a fancy reception area with a secretary. There are just our desks, some old files, and our computers. We’ve been working out of Sector 4 for quite some time now. We know the local area and the roads very well. When we aren't at the office, we are probably meeting with contractors or checking on the progress at a construction site nearby. It’s a practical business for us. We don't use a lot of fancy buzzwords or corporate talk. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them finished on schedule. The society where we are located is a decent place to work. We have a few neighbors who are also in similar types of businesses. We don't do much marketing. Most of our work comes from people who know us.
