Pancrass Construction

We have been running Pancrass Construction from our small office in Shantiban Society for a good while now. It is located over in Azad Nagar No.1, right by the Castle Mill area in Thane. Every morning starts quite early because if you don’t get a head start, the Thane traffic just swallows your whole day. Our office in C-205 isn’t anything fancy to look at, just a place where we keep the site maps and do the accounts. We spend most of our time out on actual sites anyway, so the office is often just a place to drop off tools or pick up blueprints. There is usually someone coming or going with a dusty helmet or a roll of drawings under their arm. Dealing with the weather here is a big part of the job, especially when the rains hit and everything gets muddy and slow. We spend a lot of time on our phones trying to track down suppliers or making sure the sand and cement arrive when they are supposed to. People from the neighborhood sometimes stop by to ask about their own small home projects, and we just sit and talk over a cup of tea. It is a lot of practical, manual work and keeping track of a hundred small things at once. We like being part of the local building community here near Castle Mill. It’s busy and loud, but it is what we know.
