Our setup is over in Goregaon East, specifically at Room No. 5 in the Shantabai Salvi Chawl in Ramnagar. It’s a humble spot for a business like Panchal Scientific. We don’t have a big corporate office or a glass building. We work out of this small space because it’s where we started and it suits us fine. We deal with scientific items and equipment. It might seem strange to have a scientific business in a chawl, but we make it work. The room is packed with tools, parts, and whatever we’re working on at the moment. It’s a tight fit, especially when we have a lot of orders to get through. Ramnagar is a lively neighborhood. There’s always music playing somewhere or kids running around outside. We know our neighbors well. When someone comes to find us, they usually have to ask around a bit, but everyone knows where Shantabai Salvi Chawl is. We do our own repairs and assembly right here. It’s honest labor. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who know their way around the equipment. We don’t bother with fancy talk. We just listen to what someone needs, see if we have it or can fix it, and go from there. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has served us well for years in Goregaon.
