Panchal Cad Designer & Manufacturer

We are Panchal Cad Designer & Manufacturer, based at 402 on the 2nd Cross of Jogeshwari 100 Feet Road. Our shop is a mix of computer desks and heavy machinery. We do the design work on the screens and then go out to the floor to actually make the parts. It’s a lot of back and forth. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. Jogeshwari is a hub for this kind of work, so we are in good company. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have our tools and our computers. Most of what we do is for small industrial clients who need specific parts made to a certain size. Sometimes the drawings we get are a bit messy, so we have to sit down and figure it out. We make mistakes sometimes, and then we have to scrap the material and start again. That’s just part of manufacturing. The noise from the 100 Feet Road is constant, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take a design and turn it into something real. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of coffee. We keep the shop open pretty late most days. It’s just a small group of us here, trying to do a decent job with the machines we have. Some days the software acts up, but we usually find a way around it.
