Our office is at 228, IJMIMA, which is just off Link Road in Malad West. It’s a busy part of the suburbs. If you are coming down Link Road, you have to look for the turn-off for the IJMIMA building. Palram India Pvt Ltd has been here for a while. The building is one of those big commercial hubs where a lot of different businesses have their spaces. It can get pretty hectic in the lobby and around the elevators during the rush hours. Malad West is always moving, with a lot of traffic and people everywhere. We are up on the second floor. The space is standard for an office in this area. We have our desks and our equipment set up and that is about it. It’s a practical location because everything you need is nearby. There are plenty of malls and food stalls just a short walk away. The noise from the street doesn’t bother us much once we are inside. We get a mix of visitors and delivery people coming through. It feels like a very typical Mumbai office experience. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is bad and the traffic on Link Road slows down. We just keep things moving here. It is a good spot for us to be located given how connected Malad is to the rest of the city and it makes getting things done much easier.
