Our office is located at B.D.D. Chawl 26 Room No-15 in Lower Parel. If you know Mumbai, you know that the chawls are a big part of the city’s life and history. It’s a small room, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. We run Palex Express Services Pvt Ltd, so we are always checking our watches and making sure the messengers are out on their routes throughout the city. Lower Parel has changed a lot with all the new malls and big glass towers, but our little corner in the chawl stays pretty much the same. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and there is always something happening right outside the door. We aren't a corporate giant with a lot of rules. We are just a small team of people who know the streets of Mumbai better than anyone else around here. We don't have fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time. We just have our desks, our phones, and our ledgers. Most of our business comes from people in the neighborhood or businesses nearby who need things moved fast. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the job. It’s about getting from point A to point B without any fuss. We’ve been here for years, and we plan to stay right here in the heart of the city doing what we do day in and day out.
