Palace Contracting Dubai

Our office is located in Sion, Mumbai, specifically at Building No. 8 / 337, right across from the Hari Mandir in Gtb Nagar. Even though the name mentions Palace Contracting Dubai, I spend my days right here in the middle of Mumbai’s humidity. We handle a lot of the contracting details and the coordination for projects that are often far away. Being near the temple means it’s always busy around here, especially during festivals. I’ve been in the contracting business for a long time, and it’s mostly about managing people and materials. I spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and site supervisors. The office is a bit old, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. It's just a place where we get the work done. I usually have tea with the other shop owners on the street in the afternoons. It’s a very local feel even though we deal with international stuff. Sometimes the paperwork for the Dubai side of things gets complicated, and I have to stay late to get it sorted out. My desk is usually a mess of invoices and contracts. It’s not a polished corporate life, just a lot of hard work and making sure everything is where it needs to be. I’ve lived in Mumbai my whole life, so I’m used to the pace. We just keep moving forward, one contract at a time. The heat can get pretty bad, but we have a fan that keeps us going.
