Padmini Pest Control is located in Tulja Bhavani No-2, which is over in Hanuman Nagar in Kandivli East. It’s a pretty busy residential area, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while. Our shop is small and practical, mostly filled with the tools of the trade. We aren't some massive chain; we’re just local people who know how to handle the bugs that come with living in this climate. In Kandivli, you get a lot of issues with ants and cockroaches, especially when the monsoon starts and everything gets damp. We try to be straightforward with everyone who calls us. We don't use any of those scripted sales pitches you hear from big companies. We just look at the problem, figure out the best way to spray or bait, and get on with it. It’s a family-style environment here, and we know many of our customers by name. Sometimes people just walk in because they’ve seen our sign while out running errands. The traffic in Hanuman Nagar can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we try to schedule our visits to avoid the worst of it. It’s not always possible, but we do what we can. We take pride in the fact that we don't cut corners. If a job needs an extra hour, we stay and finish it properly. That’s just how we were taught to work.
