Pactel Telecommunication

Our spot is at 201 in the Syndicate Chamber over in Andheri East. It’s right next to Better House, which is a good landmark because everyone seems to know it. Working in telecommunications means there’s always a bit of a mess on the desks. We deal with Pactel Telecommunication stuff all day long, mostly wires and handsets and making sure the lines don't go dead. Andheri is always loud and moving, and being in the Syndicate Chamber is no different. You have people coming in and out of the offices at all hours. We’ve been here long enough to know which floorboards creak and where the best tea is downstairs. It’s not a fancy corporate suite with glass walls and expensive rugs. We have practical desks and a lot of technical manuals lying around. Most of our work happens out at other people’s offices, but this is where we plan it all out and fix the equipment that gets sent back to us. Sometimes the internet acts up or a client has a strange request, and we just sit here and figure it out. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and testing. I don't really care much for the polished look of big firms. We just want to make sure when a customer picks up their phone, it actually works. We've got some old posters on the walls and a few dusty cabinets, but it's home for us. It’s just a regular office for regular work.
