Pacific Asia International

We operate out of Santacruz, specifically over at 71, Kaveri Kishore Kumar Ganguly Marg. It’s a busy area and our office is usually full of paperwork and boxes that need to go somewhere. Pacific Asia International sounds like a big name, but it’s really just a handful of us working hard to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things get where they’re supposed to go. Sometimes the logistics get messy, and we have to stay late to sort out a shipping error or a tracking number that isn't working right. It’s not always pretty, and the office can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The traffic outside is always a mess, which makes getting deliveries in and out a bit of a headache sometimes. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep our heads down. It’s straightforward work, even if it gets stressful when deadlines are tight. We’re just a local team trying to handle international business from a small corner of Santacruz. It keeps us busy, that’s for sure. We don't have all the answers, but we get the shipments moved eventually.
