Pace Aftermarket Pvt Ltd is located in the Laxmi Industrial Estate, specifically at 27Qr. This is over on New Link Road in Andheri West, which is a pretty bustling area for all sorts of businesses. Our part of the estate is mostly filled with workshops and small offices that handle the guts of the automotive and machinery world. We deal with aftermarket parts, which basically means we spend our days looking at components that go into machines after they’ve been bought. The estate itself is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. There’s always someone loading or unloading a van nearby. Inside our space, it’s mostly just rows of parts and a couple of desks for the paperwork. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits us fine. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows their role. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor because that’s not what our customers care about. They just want to know if we have the part they need to get their equipment back up and running. Andheri West has changed a lot with all the new malls and cafes, but inside the industrial estate, things stay pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing, day after day. It’s about getting the right part into the right hands without a lot of fuss. We usually stay late if a shipment is coming.
