We are located at Bunglow No. 1 in Sagar Villa, which is tucked away in Saibaba Nagar over in Borivali West. Being in Mumbai, things can get pretty crowded and loud, but this part of Borivali has its own pace. Working out of a bungalow feels a lot different than being in one of those huge glass office towers you see downtown. It’s a lot more relaxed here at Pab Designers. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—desks, chairs, some computers, and a whole lot of paper. The address is 400092 if you are looking at a map for directions. Saibaba Nagar is a familiar spot for most locals around here. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with people passing by or cars honking, but inside the bungalow, it’s mostly just us doing our thing. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy outside to catch people's eyes. We just use the space we have. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Most of us have been around this area for a long time, so we know the local shops and where to get a decent lunch when we are hungry. The Sagar Villa building has its quirks, like any older place in Mumbai, but we like it well enough. We usually get in around ten and stay until the work is finished. It’s not a corporate environment. It’s just a group of people working together.
