P S Models

P S Models is located over in Kurla East. We’re in Kamgar Nagar, specifically at Raipur Darwaja 12/F. The area is quite active, and S G Barve road is usually packed with vehicles. Being on the 12th floor gives a bit of a different perspective on the neighborhood compared to being down on the street. You can see the rooftops and the train tracks if you look out the right way. The space itself is where we handle all the model work. It can get a bit cramped when there are a lot of materials lying around, but we manage. The building has an elevator that works most of the time, which is lucky since we’re up high. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too bad once you know the shortcut through the lanes. The air inside always smells a bit like glue or whatever materials we are using that day. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy. If the door is open, someone is usually inside working on something small and detailed. It takes a lot of patience to sit here all day. Sometimes the fans are the only thing you hear. We’ve been in Kurla for a while and the locals know the spot. It’s just a regular place where we put things together and try to stay organized among the mess of a busy workday.
