P K Das & Associates

We've been around the Prabhadevi and Andheri areas for a while now. It's just us at P K Das & Associates, mostly handling the daily work that comes through our doors. Most people around Lokhandwala know where we are. It’s not a fancy setup, just a place with our desks and our files where we get on with things. Some days are busier than others, especially when there's a lot of paperwork to go through. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that; people just find us or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a commute between the two spots sometimes but we manage to stay on top of things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit and work. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New buildings coming up and old ones going down. We just keep doing what we do. It’s simple work, really. We try to stay organized but sometimes the piles of paper get a bit high on the corners of the desks. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us just staring at our screens or talking on the phone. That’s pretty much how the day goes here. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. It’s just a normal local business doing its part in Mumbai. There's nothing more to it than that.
