P. J. Kreations

P. J. Kreations is located in the Shraddha Building over in Asha Nagar, which is part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. We are in the C wing, room 201. It’s a residential-cum-commercial area, so there are always kids playing outside and people walking their dogs. The space we work in is filled with fabrics and thread most of the time. We do a lot of design work here. It’s not a huge factory, just a focused workshop where we get things made. There are scissors and measuring tapes everywhere you look. Sometimes we lose the chalk and have to spend ten minutes searching under the tables. The light in the afternoon is quite nice coming through the windows. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know us. The building is 201/C, so you have to walk past the main gate and turn left. We often have music playing softly in the background to keep the energy up while we sew or sketch. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. Stacks of cloth are piled up in the corners. We don't have a fancy reception desk. If you walk in, you'll probably just see us working at the machines. It’s a busy life here in Kandivali. We just try to finish the orders on time and keep the quality decent. It's hard work, but it's what we do. We try our best every single day.
