P. C. Shah & Co.

Our office is on the third floor of Fida Mansion, located at 24, 4 Bibijan Street. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for quite a while. Being at P. C. Shah & Co. means dealing with a lot of traditional business. We don't have the modern glass walls of a corporate office. Instead, we have old wooden desks and shelves filled with ledgers and samples. Bibijan Street is a very narrow and busy place, always full of people trading and moving goods. You can hear the noise from the street all day long, even up on the third floor. We spend our time talking to customers who have been coming to us for years. It’s a lot of face-to-face interaction and phone calls. We don't use much fancy technology, just what we need to keep the accounts straight and the orders moving. The air in the mansion feels a bit heavy sometimes, especially during the monsoon, but it’s home to us. We know the other tenants in the building and the guys selling tea on the corner. We just do our business in a quiet, steady way. There aren't any big speeches or grand plans here. We just show up, handle the requests that come in, and make sure everything is in order before we lock up for the night.
