We are located in the Champaklal Industrial Estate, which is on Sion Koliwada Road. This part of Mumbai is always a bit dusty and loud because of all the traffic and the old buildings around. At P C India Pharma, we operate out of unit 325. The building itself has seen better days, and the lift is definitely a bit temperamental, but it gets the job done. Our space is mostly filled with shelves and boxes of various pharmaceutical products. It’s not a decorative office by any means; it’s a place for storage and distribution. We spend most of our time checking expiry dates, packing orders, and talking to suppliers on the phone. The lights are a bit dim in some corners, and there’s always a stack of invoices that needs sorting. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room, just a few desks shoved in between the storage racks. People who come to visit usually have to navigate through the narrow corridors of the estate. It can get quite humid in here during the rains, but we just keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward business, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than what it is. We just come in, do our work, and head home like everyone else in Sion.
