P. B. Enterprises is based in Mahim at 24/B, Jyoti Sadan. We are on Sitaladevi Temple Road, which gets incredibly busy whenever there’s a festival or a special day at the temple. Our office is on the ground floor, so people are always poking their heads in to ask for directions. We deal with various trading activities and business supplies. It’s not a very big operation. It’s just me and two other staff members who handle everything from the paperwork to the deliveries. The room is filled with filing cabinets and a couple of old computers that we probably should have replaced years ago. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and go home to our families. Mahim is a nice place to work because you get a mix of everything. We often go to the small stall around the corner for lunch. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy logos. Our name is just painted on the door in simple letters. We’ve stayed in business because we don't overcomplicate things. If someone needs something, we see if we have it and tell them the price. There’s no hidden stuff. We just try to be decent people and keep the business running smoothly year after year. It’s a quiet and honest living for us here in this corner of Mahim.
