We've been working out of the Kamlesh Compound for a while now. If you know the Nageshwar Dham Mandir on Gaon Devi Road, you know exactly where to find us. It's a busy part of Kandivali East, right in the Vibha Jha Chawl area. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where P & M Infrastructures Private Limited gets things done. People around Poisar see us coming and going throughout the day. We handle various infrastructure projects, mostly focusing on the local needs of Mumbai. It gets pretty loud around here sometimes with all the traffic and the neighborhood buzz, but we like being in the middle of it. The guys are usually out on-site, but someone is almost always at the desk if you drop by. Being in Mumbai 400101 means we're close to a lot of our project areas. It’s a tight-knit spot and everyone knows everyone else. We started small and just kept at it. We don't spend time on fancy websites because the work keeps us busy enough. If you’re walking past the temple, you can’t miss the turning for the compound. We've seen the area change since we set up shop. Dealing with local paperwork and permits is a headache, but it’s part of the life. Most of the guys have been with us for years, so we’re like a family. Sometimes we stay late finishing a project, eating snacks from the local stalls. The monsoon season makes things interesting with the damp walls, but we just keep the fans going. It’s not the most modern office, but it’s where we feel at home.
