You can find us over at Mandhre Compound. It’s number 13, right in Ashok Nagar. If you are in Bhandup East, you probably know the area. Mumbai 42 is a busy part of the city. We do infrastructure work, which means we deal with a lot of heavy stuff and big projects. It’s not an easy job. There’s always noise and dust around. Our office in the compound is where the planning happens. It’s usually covered in maps and blueprints. We have a crew that goes out to different sites, but this is our main base. The traffic in Bhandup can be a nightmare, so we have to plan our day around the jams. We aren't some fancy corporate office with polished floors. It’s a practical space for people who work with their hands and move dirt and steel. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon rains, which is just part of living in Mumbai. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local suppliers. We just focus on getting the structures built. There is no point in talking big; the work speaks for itself when it's finished. We have people coming in and out all day, workers looking for their shifts or delivery trucks dropping off gear. It’s a bit chaotic, but we manage to keep things organized enough to get the jobs done. That is just how we run things here. It is what it is for a place like this.
