You can find us at No. 19 in the Galleria Shopping Arcade. We’re right there in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, pretty much directly opposite the KFC. Orra Fine Jewellery Pvt.Ltd. has been in this spot for a while. The Galleria is a busy place, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or grabbing food. Our shop is where we keep all the shiny things locked up in glass cases. It’s a bit of a different world inside compared to the noisy arcade outside. We spend the day helping people look at rings or necklaces, sometimes for hours if they can't make up their mind. It’s a lot of polishing glass and making sure the lights are pointed the right way. We aren't a big department store, just this one spot in the arcade. The staff here knows the regulars who come in just to see what’s new. Sometimes the mall music gets a bit repetitive, but you stop hearing it after a while. It’s a nice area of Powai to be in. We keep a small back room for repairs and lunch breaks. It’s not a massive operation, just a shop where we try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. Usually, it's pretty steady, but weekends can get a bit crowded with shoppers. We just take it one customer at a time and keep the displays looking tidy.
