Our place is in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. We are in the Tharwani Heritage building, which is over in Sector 7. It’s a big complex and we are at Flat No-C 801 on Plot No 24. Being up on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view of the hills, though we are usually too busy to look out the window much. Kharghar is a developing area so there is always a lot of dust and noise from new buildings going up nearby. We handle things for the Orind Group Of Companies from this office. It’s a mix of residential and commercial feel in this building, which makes it feel less stiff. We have a few computers and some big tables for meetings that often run long. It’s not a corporate headquarters with marble floors, just a regular office where we track our projects. The elevator can be slow during the lunch hours, so we have to plan ahead if we want to go down. Most of the time we are just sitting here going through numbers and talking to our teams at different sites. We've been in Maharashtra for quite a while now. The address is easy to find if you tell the rickshaw driver Tharwani Heritage. We keep our files organized as much as we can, but it’s a busy spot with people coming in and out. It’s a long way from the main Mumbai city but it works for us and our clients.
